“If you’re lucky enough to encounter Theo as your guide, you’ll be in for a real treat. Theo is very knowledgeable and puts a humorous spin on his delivery. He goes in depth with his research, much like an investigative journalist. As such, he is able to go beyond encyclopedic details and share “secrets” that even locals may not know. This includes secret views and bargains to local eats. I won’t give away too many of his trade secrets. My recommendation is to visit Theo first. You may wind up improvising on your planned itinerary for Barcelona.

“I took the Modernism and Gaudi tour with Teo on my first day in Barcelona. He was an excellent tour guide – full of interesting information, friendly, completely knowledgeable and available to answer questions. I feel like I had a greater appreciation of the architecture of the city after the tour. There was also some great finds that I hadn’t read about in guidebooks. Lastly, he provided a list of recommended restaurants. One was Tapas 24 on the way back to my hotel – absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this tour.
Great walking tour of both Gaudi
but also Saw the major sights including the inside of Sagrada Familia but also got an interesting explanation of many of the buildings, background and even politics of Spain/Catalonia. Recommended. luglio 22, 2017″
Hidden Gems and Great Tour!
Theo was a great tour guide. Very personable and very knowledgeable. Not only did he provide us some of the interesting commentary on the key sights in Barcelona, but he took us to some hidden gems we would have never found otherwise. We had a great time – thanks Theo! giugno 11, 2017″
